Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Greenridge Juniper Health Group is a healthcare provider in Omaha with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
