Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Amberfield Lakeside Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Kansas City with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
