Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Amberfield Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Families are partners. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
