Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Maple Early Learning and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
