Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bright Loom Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 516 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
