Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Westbrook Hollow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Des Moines. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
