Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Greenridge Fox Property Management is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
