Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Clearpath Fern Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Tulsa, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
