Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Oakland area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
