Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bluepeak North Staffing Group is a Oklahoma City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
