Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Summit Orchard Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
