Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Providence. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
