Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood River Markets and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
