Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Nova Fern Freight is a San Antonio logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
