Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Amber Markets and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
