Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Amber Markets is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
