Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Nova Umber Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Spokane. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
