Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Harborlight Basin Facilities Group looks after properties across the Buffalo region, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
