Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Ironwood Forge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Kansas City area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 276 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
