Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Northwind Amber Community Partners is a nonprofit in Dallas supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
