Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Juniper Care Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
