Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Fernwood Keystone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Grand Rapids focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
