Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Greenridge Vale Staffing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
