Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Fernwood Glen Legal Group is a Madison practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
