Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Harborlight Keystone Care Services Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
