Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Quill Inspection Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
