Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bright Thistle Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Charleston. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
