Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Northwind Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Las Vegas, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
