Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Harborlight North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around San Jose, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
