Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Nova Loom Early Learning Partners runs childcare centres in Pittsburgh caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
