Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar Glen Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Sacramento, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
