Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Westbrook Wren Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Savannah. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 519 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
