Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Ironwood Thistle Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Memphis area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 691 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
