Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Harborlight Oak Legal Group is a law firm in Rochester serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
