Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Redstone Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Jacksonville serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
