Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Nest Staffing and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
