Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Ironwood Linden Legal Group Partners provides legal services in Boise across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
