Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Stonegate Quarry Health is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
