Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Ironwood Kestrel Staffing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
