Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Raleigh, NC)

Fernwood Rowan Freight is a Raleigh logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
