Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Portland, OR)

Highbridge Beacon Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Portland. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Portland. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
