Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Quill Legal Group is a Pittsburgh practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
