Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Philadelphia serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
