Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Harbor Freight is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
