Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Philadelphia focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
