Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Orlando, FL)

Amberfield Ashton Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
