Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vale Housing and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
