Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Clear Hospitality is a hospitality company in Orlando with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 976 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
