Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Cross Legal Group is a Orlando practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
