Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Orlando, FL)

Nova Yarrow Hospitality is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
